Manual tanks
Made of AISI-304 or 316 quality stainless steel. Our tanks are characterized by their robustness and high technology. Manual curd cutting formed by fine blades made of stainless steel. These tanks can be heated by means of electric resistances, boiler water recirculation or by means of a butane gas burner. The manufacture of these tanks can be made to measure and we have capacities between 50 and 1000 liters. They have an exclusive system for the pre-draining of the curd, made of micro-perforated sheet metal. All of them have temperature control. Within their manufacture they can be made with various extras, cover, geared motor for stirring, wheels, etc.
