The shape of this tank is designed with a flat bottom and curved sides. The cutting of this vat is carried out by means of a movable bridge with a speed variator on which the lyres are hung, which due to its manufacture (using fine stainless steel blades) allows us a high-performance cut and different types of grain.

Heating can be done by means of steam, in a water bath, or by means of hot water through an internal circuit, this heating is carried out both on the bottom and on the sides in order to achieve rapid and effective heating.
They are vats, which due to their design, are advisable for filling molds directly into it, even so it is possible to manufacture a platform to lift it.
