Yogurt Makers or Lactofermenters
Made of stainless steel, AISI 304 or 316 quality. Our Yogurt Makers or Lactofermenters are characterized by their robustness and high technology. These are heated in a double jacket by means of electric resistances, recirculation of boiler water, or by means of a butane gas burner. Manufacturing can be made to measure and we have capacities between 50 and 1000 liters. All of them have temperature control or a recorder. It also includes agitators that, together with the design of the stirring paddles, allow us to produce a totally homogeneous product.
