Cheese salting rooms

The cheese salting rooms are made entirely of stainless steel AISI304 Quality and AISI316 Quality. With the corresponding norms that unite them in ISO9001. The cheeses enter one of the stainless steel baskets, each one composed of 10 or more shelves of perforated plates, which are submerged in the masonry basin. The baskets have an upward and downward movement, provided by electric or hydraulic devices. The operator chooses the basket to be filled by means of a system of gates and the rack by activating the gear from the control box. The emptying of the baskets is done in the same way, leaving the cheeses through the conveyor belt.
